Strategy Development Expert

Duties & Responsibilities

Specialized duties:

  • Active participation in development, development of strategic plans in coordination with technical and professional departments.
  • Creating and developing a healthy mechanism in relation to the study, analysis and compilation of drafts of procedures, regulations, strategies, bills and guidelines of the administration in order to enrich and organize it.
  • Research and study about the policies and strategies of similar departments in order to cooperate in the development and development of strategies and policies.
  • Analyzing, analyzing and identifying cases that prevent the correct implementation of policies and strategic plans and taking corrective measures about it.
  • Providing ideas and adopting necessary and effective measures in relation to effective and practical policies and strategies based on the current situation of the department's activities in order to achieve the goals and programs of the department.
  •  Analyzing, reviewing and evaluating the strategic plans of the department in order to develop it in coordination with the relevant departments.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the strategic plan and the annual plan of the department to ensure their effectiveness, efficiency and correct implementation

Management duties:

  • Preparation and arrangement of monthly, quarterly and annual work plan in accordance with the general plan of the department, in order to achieve the set goals of the department.
  •  Providing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, if necessary, on the activities and achievements of the relevant department, in order to inform the department's leadership.
  • Implementation of other duties entrusted by the competent authorities according to the laws, regulations and objectives of the department.

Coordination tasks

  • Providing communication with the central and provincial units of the department in order to obtain opinions about the development and development of the strategic plans of the department.

Job Requirements

Field of Study:

Having at least a bachelor's degree in one of the fields of public policy, public administration, public administration policy, governance, human resource management, public administration, business administration, law and political science, sociology, economics, and development studies from national and international educational institutions Inside or abroad, higher degrees in the aforementioned fields are preferred

 Work experience:

A. Having at least one year of work experience related to the task for a bachelor's degree from national and international institutions inside or outside the country.

Required skills:

A. Proficiency in one of the official languages ​​(writing and speaking) with English.

B. Computer skills in task-related applications.
