Duties & Responsibilities
Specialized Jobs:
- Visual identity management and design of branding materials based on the branding guidelines of the company.
- Design and design of visual communication materials in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop programs.
- Design, branding, graphics, public relations materials and infographics for the agency.
- Drafting and designing of posters, billboards, flip charts, signs, flyers, broadcasts, brochures, booklets, public relations materials, profiles, reports and all branding materials required by the National Bureau of Statistics and Information.
- Creation and management of design plans, artwork design, concepts and development and implementation of interior and exterior designs.
- Drawing new concepts of images and vectors with continuous innovation and producing high quality visual materials.
- Infographic design and layout of public awareness materials for website and social media.
Managerial Duties:
- According to the general plan, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual work plan to achieve the set goals.
- Providing monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the achievements and activities of the relevant department for the purpose of informing the management of the organization.
- Carrying out all the duties assigned by the competent authorities in accordance with the laws, regulations and the objectives of the organization.
Coordinating Functions:
- Strengthening relations and coordination with the relevant departments for the purpose of improving affairs.
Job Requirements
At least a bachelor's degree in: Fine Arts (Photography, Graphic Design), Computer Science, Press and Information Management from domestic and foreign national and international educational institutions. Academic degrees are preferred.
1. Working experience:
A: At least one year of job related work experience for bachelor's degree.
2. Required Skills:
A: Full command of one of the national languages of the country with English (reading and writing).
B: Knowledge and skill in job related computer programs.
